Hey There All!!
I thought Id check in for the week... Its Friday and although Im excited about it being the end of the week - I have 0 Energy levels today... Definitely coming down with something I think due to being a overly cold gym at a different camp on Tuesday evening - I had to keep going outside to thaw out it was so cold. (Not good for the system).
Pushed through 30mins of cardio this morning, Im training Back soon... then another cardio session later before lunch will be in order.
Finally the weekend... I am planning my cheat meal already for tomorrow evening... ohh its going to be good - Pizza, ice cream, chocolate and lollies... haha SUGAR!!! Yumm!! I cant wait!!
Not a big loss this week on the scales however a loss is a loss - 1kg... better than nothing I say!
I am off for now... Have a wonderful weekend... Train hard and stay focused! :)

First Week Update!! :D
Hey Hey
So this week has been a success!!! 3kg loss over a 5 day period!!! Stoked!!
It is truly amazing what a diet change, training hard and getting back on supplements can do to your body!!
I feel great and I'm very impressed with the number of kg's lost.
Cheat Meal consisted this week of a Gloria Jeans skinny ice chocolate and a chocolate muffin! Yum! Yes, you are allowed to have a cheat meal - allow yourself 1 meal a week. I do! Its good for your body!
On another note - I scored an awesome bargain this week at Woolworths - they had Sirena Tuna 95g tins on special for - 4 for $7!!! So what did I do? I pretty much brought what was left of the shelf- 20 cans later and thats all I brought - the lady at the register gave me a strange look - but hey... I love my tuna for my meals during the day and with the floods there isn't much else to eat with all the supermarket shelves being bare at the moment. *my heart and thoughts go out to all those effected by the horrible floods*
Another thing - Ive never seen Broccoli so expensive before $8.50/kg... Eeeeepp! :(
Camp has very limited choices for food at the moment - So while we are waiting for supplies I find myself now only really on a protein diet... which is a tad boring.... but there isn't much I can do at this point in time.
Ill leave it there for now... until next time - Happy Training. :)

Welcome 2011!!! Time to get Lean!!!!
Hey Hey
For those who don't know me - I am Alicia. I am a personal trainer and fitness junkie and will be sharing my thoughts and moments throughout this year as I go on a mission to compete again as a Sportsmodel.
2011 will be an exciting year. I have decided to compete in May and then again later on in the year.
Staying focused and on track will be the biggest thing this year. I competed in 2009 and decided that in 2010 I would take a break - as I had a big year of moving and changing jobs etc. So bring on 2011!!! :)
Competing as a Sportsmodel will be hard work for me this year as I don't have my family and close friends around to support me - being away from home- living and working at a mining accommodation village can be hard- due to isolation. However -there are a few guys out here who are really into training and their support means a lot!
So this morning it has started - Ive had a month off all supps and haven't been training much. Today started with my fat burners - Oxy Elite Pros (you will soon come to realise I am a fat burner junkie- I <3 caffeine) and my pre-breakfast cardio - 40min powerwalk - gosh how I have missed this - best start to the day!! I feel great already!! My cardio crew will be starting with me tomorrow - looking forward to that - cardio goes quicker and can be more fun when you train in a group!! Weights soon (my fav part of the morning)!! Ive given myself 5 weeks to get lean for when I go on holiday - then I will have a small break before I start preping for comp in May. Below is the training split I plan to follow for the next 5 weeks.
Training Split:
Mon - Cardio/Arms
Tues - Cardio/Chest and Abs
Wed - Cardio/Legs
Thurs - Cardio/Shoulders
Fri - Cardio/Back
Sat - HIIT Cardio
Sun - Rest/Optional Cardio
