Hey There All!!
I thought Id check in for the week... Its Friday and although Im excited about it being the end of the week - I have 0 Energy levels today... Definitely coming down with something I think due to being a overly cold gym at a different camp on Tuesday evening - I had to keep going outside to thaw out it was so cold. (Not good for the system).
Pushed through 30mins of cardio this morning, Im training Back soon... then another cardio session later before lunch will be in order.
Finally the weekend... I am planning my cheat meal already for tomorrow evening... ohh its going to be good - Pizza, ice cream, chocolate and lollies... haha SUGAR!!! Yumm!! I cant wait!!
Not a big loss this week on the scales however a loss is a loss - 1kg... better than nothing I say!
I am off for now... Have a wonderful weekend... Train hard and stay focused! :)
